Althea St. Cyr, RMT

Althea graduated with Honours from Oxford College with a diploma in Massage Therapy and is registered in good standing with the Canadian Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, she completed her diploma in Food and Nutrition Management from Centennial College along with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University. As an RMT, Althea is passionate about helping people achieve optimal health. To stay active, Althea typically runs for 5km at a frequency of 3 times per week. Prior to moving to Canada, she represented her country in various regional and international track and field competitions and set records for various middle and long distance races where she won silver and bronze medals in 1500 and 3000 meter races respectively. She was also selected to represent her country in the Summer Olympics. Althea is looking forward to helping patients with a variety of conditions, using different massage techniques tailored to each individual patient.
