Rebecca Broddick

Rebecca is the co-owner of Broddick Clinic, and her approach to patient care is deeply rooted in her own personal health journey. After being diagnosed with leukemia in 2017 and undergoing a stem cell transplant, Rebecca experienced firsthand what it means to be vulnerable, to place trust in healthcare providers, and to rely on compassion during some of life’s most challenging moments. That experience shaped not only her perspective, but her purpose.

Today, Rebecca is passionate about creating spaces where people feel genuinely cared for, supported, and understood. She believes that patient care goes far beyond treatment, it’s about listening, empathy, and making individuals feel safe and seen from the moment they walk through the door. In addition to supporting patient experience, Rebecca manages the clinic’s social media, using it as a way to educate, connect, and build a sense of community beyond the clinic walls. Her lived experience continues to guide how she shows up, ensuring the human side of healthcare is always at the heart of everything she does.
